What do I need to bring?
We recommend bringing enough of your cat's usual food for the duration of their stay. While you are welcome to bring any bedding, toys, or other items that might help your cat feel at ease, we also supply bedding, blankets, bowls, toys, and litter trays. Additionally, Feliway® is diffused throughout Miss U Motel to aid in adjusting to the new surroundings and ensure a pleasant stay.

F3 vaccination is required for boarding at Miss U Motel. We thoroughly sanitize all accommodation with F10® disinfectant in between guests.

What about play time noting FIV vaccinations?

At Miss U Motel, we ensure all our guests have the chance to enjoy time outside their accommodations. Playtime is typically conducted individually or with cats from the same family, always under initial supervision to ensure safety and happiness.

Is flea and/or worm control required?

Parasite prevention is required, such as from Bravecto®, Advocate™, Nexguard® and Revolution®. Please note that supermarket purchased parasite prevention is not accepted.

What happens if my cat is unwell during their holiday?
We will call you to discuss options. If we cannot reach you, we will attempt to contact one of your other points of contact. If we are unable to reach anyone, we will treat your cat as we would our own and ensure they receive the care they need. We have a qualified veterinarian on call for advice and are only an 18-minute drive from the 24-hour emergency veterinarian service at Canberra Veterinary Emergency Service Gungahlin.

I didn't see my kitty on Facebook or Insta today!
Don’t worry, if you haven’t heard from us, your cat is fine. We can’t photograph, edit, and post every cat daily, especially when we’re full, but we’ll do our best!
